We recently met the Rector of St Martin’s Church, East Horsley at one of our Bereavement Friendly Church webinars and he told us about this lovely initiative. One heart is offered to the family of someone who has died, while one remains with the person who has died, creating a feeling of lasting connection. St. Martin’s has a basket of hearts at the local funeral director’s office. We have permission to share the details with you.
